Public page

A public tournament link for parents, fans and coaches

Every tournament in MatchDayApp.eu can have its own public page. A visitor opens it via QR code or shared link and immediately sees the programme, pitches, results, tables and important information.

The public link is designed mainly for mobile. A parent or fan does not need to log in or install an app and can quickly return to current data during the day.

1

What is on the public page

The public page combines practical visitor information with current sports data. It includes the match programme, group standings, playoff, superstructure stage, final standings, organiser announcements, gallery and venue orientation.

  • match programme filtered by group and team
  • group tables and ranking criteria
  • knockout stage, placement matches or superstructure
  • important venue points and Google Maps links
  • gallery and public organiser announcements

Why the QR code matters

A QR code removes chaos. The organiser can place it on a poster, printed schedule or at the entrance. A visitor scans it and goes directly to the current tournament overview.

Sample public tournament

We use ViOn CUP 2026 as a reference. It shows the schedule, groups, voting, public announcements, photo gallery and overall tournament structure in practice.
