Second group stage without play-off

For each extension group, determine which placements from the base groups will advance to it. For example, 1.-2. place from each group.

Carry points and score from the group stage into the second stage

If enabled, each team enters the second-stage table with its record from the group stage: matches, wins, draws, losses, points, score and goal difference. If disabled, the second stage starts from zero.
